How to return an item

Start your return

Go to My Orders, select the item, and tap "Return item". Choose your reason and upload photos if needed.

Pack the item

Place the item in its original packaging (if available) with all accessories and tags intact.

Drop-off or pickup

Drop it at any BlueDart / Delhivery partner point, or schedule a free home pickup from your address.

Refund processed

Once we receive and inspect the item (2–5 business days), your refund will be credited within 3–7 days.

Eligible for return

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item not as described (size, colour, model)
  • Missing parts or accessories

Not eligible

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used or washed clothing
  • Opened software, digital downloads, or game codes
  • Perishable goods and groceries
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Undergarments and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
